Matty prepares and cooks up a massive pork shoulder, which takes a few hours, but is worth the wait. There's a lot of variety in flavors in this one dish: juicy pork, crispy skin, buttery fat; surrounded by tender veggies that are cooked in a savory, and citrusy bath. What you'll need: - Bone-in pork shoulder - 2 lemons - 4 or 5 bay leaves - Soy sauce - Milk - Olive oil - 2 medium onions - 5 Carrots - 3 Potatoes - 2 Cup of orange juice - Salt & Pepper
